It was sometime in 2009 that i was gifted a book on Swami Samarth by a cousin brother of mine. I was extremely reluctant to read the book, since my Guru and God are Swamiji and Sai Baba. I could not progress with reading the book, since i kept drawing comparison with Baba and felt my Baba was so much more compassionate, gentle and kind while Swami Samarth's methods seemed very tough to me. So i stopped reading the book. After a year, i somehow was drawn to the book again. I prayed to Baba that the resistance in me to read the book should go away. As i started reading the book once again, i was most surprised to find that my critical attitude to the Swami had dissappeared. I was totally absorbed in reading the book and the miracles he performed stunned me. He came across to me as a 'Mahavtar' and a 'highly advanced yogi' with the highest possible realization of god, so much so that there was little difference between him and god.
Even as i read the book, i used to feel his living presence when i went for long walks in Ridley Creek State Park, Penssylvania Somehow that was the first time, he entered my life in a big way, in the sense that he was just a character in a book earlier and now, he was a living presence that i was able to feel. I started consulting him on some critical decisions and always received guidance from him through my own mind.
After i moved to India in 2011, i went through numerous difficult situations and the mind had lost all of its peace. At that time i was once again motivated to read his book. One of the strange things that happened was the experience of peace even when one page of his book was read. This was not a standalone event but repeated everytime i read his book. The Swami also connected with another devotee of his who had his padukas in her home. Everytime i visited her home and touched those padukas, my life situation improved dramatically. I somehow felt that those padukas were indeed powerful and the devotee was truly blessed by the Swami.
Several prayers were also responded to by the Swami. At times, reading the book would automatically lead me to deep meditation and the whole day would pass in peace. On one of these days, the Swami appeared for the first time in my dream. I had never seen the Swami except in photographs and pictures. He was very tall and had a very commanding voice. He asked me, 'Dont you recognize me?'. I woke up thrilled and told my mother, how the Swami had chosen to bless me in the dream. Finally , i had seen the Swami himself. How very kind of him to bless me. May his blessing be with everyone! Jai Swami Samarth!

Swamiji cures a devotee of cancer
Most recently i visited Bangalore Tyagaraya Mandir on Swamiji's Maha Samadhi day of 14th January 2013. At that time, i met several of Swamiji's devotees and one of them narrated the following unbelievable experience. He had been diagnosed with prostrate cancer and had given up all hopes of living much longer. He had resigned to the fact that his time on earth was over and he had communicated the same to his family. However, he started taking Swamiji's Udhi, continued to chant vishnu sahasranama and took Ayurveda treatment and within a matter of months, there was no trace of the cancer . He was completely cured by Swamiji's grace. This is indeed an amazing experience and i was so lucky to hear it first hand from the devotee himself.

Swamiji appears in dream vision
Most recently in an early morning dream at around 6:30 a.m Swamiji appeared. He told me that he is residing in a realm that is filled with sublime peace, Satyaloka ( to use the exact words he used). I fell at his feet and sought his blessings. He had an extremely calm and peaceful aura about him.

Swamiji cures fever
I was down with fever accompanied by body pain and stomach pain yesterday. I had been inspired to chant Vishnusahasranamam multiple times in the morning only to realize it was Thursday or Guruvar. I tried to resist the weakness of fever by becoming even more active but beyond a point i gave in and lay down. In the middle of experiencing the spasms of pain all over the body, quite unexpectedly my mind became very focussed and suddenly the wonderful figure of Swamiji appeared. He was bright, shining and filled with positive energy. He was fair and radiant and i felt his energy reaching me. His image grew bigger and brighter on the mental screen and quickly replaced by the image of Shri Lakshmi Narasimha, my family deity. The images dissappeared soon enough. I dont know if this was a vision or a dream. However today i feel completely alright and my energy has been restored. Surprises of surprises, i saw Baba also on television. Somehow i felt my best friends were letting me know they are with me and watching over me.Thanks Swamiji, Lakshmi Narasimha and Baba.

Sai baba cures stomach pain
It was sometime in 1997 that I went on a tour of north india with my classmates. After traveling to visit Agra, Delhi, mathura, our last stop was shimla, that had little to do with our architectural education. At night we had ordered some pulao and in the freezing cold, it was a blessing to eat hot freshly cooked food. In shimla, they gave us three plate fulls for ten rupees which was rather unbelievable. After eating most contently, we retired to bed. In the middle of the night, the temperature dropped rapidly, and despite two blankets, we were all shivering uncontrollably. The night passed and the day brought the sun with it and much needed warmth. It felt like we had been defrosted. I woke up with a terrible pain in my stomach. The pain caused vomitting every few minutes and was accompaniednby fever. Being my first trip away from home,I was quite worried. The pain recurred and so did the vommitting. At this point of time, I prayed to Baba. Sai was my friend from childhood, ever since i visited Shirdi in class five. I prayed very deeply to Baba to help me since the pain was too severe and I did not have my family around. Luckily for me, two others in the group had also fallen sick. Thus the case for taking all three of us to the doctor was very strong. Within three hours, the faculty and friends took us to the doctor. Even as I entered the doctor's cabin, something on the window sill drew my eye. I looked in the direction of the object, only to see sai baba's picture. I was so thrilled to see his picture in the most unexpected place. I felt baba had guided me to this doctor. The doctor injected some medicines and with that the symptoms slowly began to dissappear. I was so relieved. As the bus rolled out of Shimla, I closed my eyes as tears of gratitude streamed out . For those who believe in Baba, he engulfs you with his love, care and protection. He cures for sure. Jai sai nath.

Sai Baba appears in the form of a dog
As a teenager i used to walk one kilometer from my home to the bus stop to catch the college bus. I always used to chant Baba's name as i walked. On one of those days, as i left home and walked a few steps, a white dog appeared. As i walked on, the dog too followed me. I was hoping the dog would leave sometime soon enough. I even paused so that the dog would go. Surprisingly, the dog stopped when i stopped and resumed walking as i continued. As i reached the bus stop, the dog too crossed the road behind me and sat on the pavement near me. Even as my college bus appeared and i boarded the bus, the dog finally stood up to leave. It was something wonderful i felt that day. I thought Baba had chosen to give me company from my home to the bus stop and ensure i got on the bus safely.
